80s era poly georgette midi dress. Abstract floral & paisley white on black pattern. Top is low cut, blouson, ties at neckline. Full skirt with inserts of knife pleats in contrasting black on white pattern. Ruffle collar. No shoulder pads, fabric is light and flowy.
